Brian Eames Birkman Services

Brian is a K-12 educator, and knows the importance of guidance for teens and young adults in their big moments of transition like heading off to college, those about to enter the workforce, or those that need a little help figuring out what's next for them. 

Brian's consultation sessions involve: 

• An initial conversation with the teen or young adult to prepare them to take the Birkman Assessment (what it is, what to expect) (30 min)
• Birkman Assessment 
• Overview meeting of the results with the parents (30 min - 1 hour) 
• 3 weeks of check-ins via email and various reports that will help guide the decision of "what's next"
