Brian's Education and Career Orientation sessions involve: 

• An initial conversation with the teen or young adult to prepare them to take the Birkman Assessment (what it is, what to expect) (30 min)
• Birkman Assessment 
• In-depth walkthrough of the assessment and its implications (60 minutes)
• Documents that both orient the user to the report and are tailored to the report's findings for that individual
• An additional Birkman Method report that speaks directly to Career Exploration
• Overview meeting of the results with the parents (if applicable) (30 min - 1 hour) 
• 3 weeks of check-ins via email and various reports that will help guide the decision of "what's next"
