Birkman Consultation for Education and Career Orientation - $600 (Teens and Young Adults)
As a lifelong educator, Brian knows the importance of guidance for teens and young adults in their big moments of transition like heading off to college, those about to enter the workforce, or those that need a little help figuring out what's next for them.
Brian's Education and Career Orientation sessions involve:
- An initial conversation with the teen or young adult to prepare them to take the Birkman Assessment (what it is, what to expect) (30 min)
- Birkman Assessment
- In-depth walkthrough of the assessment and its implications (60 minutes)
- Documents that both orient the user to the report and are tailored to the report's findings for that individual
- An additional Birkman Method report that speaks directly to Career Exploration
- Overview meeting of the results with the parents (if applicable) (30 min - 1 hour)
- A series of email follow-ups containing various reports that will help guide the decision of "what's next"
Birkman Consultation- $600
