About Us
Bob Patterson, M.Ed Certified Birkman Professional
Bob specializes in management consulting and human resources. Through Birkman Atlanta's consulting services, Bob works with Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses in the areas of communications, team building, conflict management, organizational transitions, and more.
For over twenty years, Bob has served as a consultant/training specialist for major corporations, government agencies, universities, churches and national political groups. He holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University and is licensed as a Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. Before beginning his private consulting practice, Bob was a Vice President in the Atlanta regional office of Drake Beam Morin Inc., an internationally recognized leader in Human Resource consulting. In this position he led the Management Consulting practice area as well as the Senior Executive Career Counseling Program. Prior to joining Drake Beam Morin, he was a Senior Staff Consultant with O.D. Resources Inc., an Atlanta based firm specializing in providing training and consulting support to companies implementing major organizational change. Bob has been published nationally in Training Magazine.
Brain Eames, M.Ed Certified Birkman Professional
Brian is a Certified Birkman Professional, primarily focusing on teens and young adults who are heading off to college, those about to enter the workforce, young adults who have begun their work journey and are hitting bumps in the road, and adults looking to make a career shift. Brian is a career K-12 educator, a published author, an Imago Professional Facilitator and Workshop Presenter along with his wife Jesica.
In modern American culture, young people get very little practical advice when it comes to one of the most profound decisions they will ever make: What am I going to do with my life? Well-meaning parents are often intimately involved in the college selection process with their children, but they may struggle to offer help answering that question. The Birkman Method has been in use for more than 70 years, both as a tool for guiding career explorations and to enhance organizational effectiveness. It is clinically reliable and valid for individuals 16 years of age and older.
As a Birkman Certified Professional, Brian uses the assessment to help young people and adults see themselves in a new light and make a plan for an engaged and successful future.
